1. What Veloxa is

Veloxa is a Windows application that optimizes your PC for the game FiveM. It applies standard Windows and game-configuration settings from outside the game process and reverts them when you stop. Veloxa does not inject code into, read, or modify the game process, its memory or its files while it runs.

2. Account

You need a Veloxa account (provided through FiveForge) to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One person, one account.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive two hours of active boost time as a free trial, metered on our servers and tied to your Discord account. No payment method is required for the trial.

4. Subscription and billing

• The subscription costs €9.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Stripe is responsible for billing, applicable VAT and refunds.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds are given except where required by law.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share your account. Do not use Veloxa to break the rules of any game or server you play on. Veloxa is a system optimizer, not a cheat, and must not be represented as one.

6. No guaranteed results

Performance gains depend on your hardware, drivers and configuration. Veloxa includes a benchmark so you can measure the effect on your own PC before subscribing. We do not promise any specific frame-rate increase.

7. Reverting changes

Veloxa records each system change before applying it and restores your settings when a boost ends, including after a crash. You can also restore original settings manually at any time. We are not liable for changes you make yourself outside the app.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service and update server available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops.

9. Liability

Veloxa is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health).

10. Not affiliated with the game

Veloxa is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
