1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

• Account data (email, username, password hash) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Discord account link (Discord ID and username) — to verify eligibility and meter the free trial fairly. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).
• IP address — recorded at sign-up for abuse prevention only. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Subscription status — whether your subscription is active, to grant access. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store it.
• App usage — the app talks to our server to check entitlement and count trial minutes. It does not upload your files, game data, or the contents of your PC.

3. Processors we use

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions (merchant of record), incl. billing and VAT.
• Cloudflare — website delivery, security and the update server.
• Brevo — transactional e-mail (verification, password reset).
• Discord — account linking and community.

These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Uploaded content on FiveForge tools is temporary. Abuse-related IP data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact support@veloxahq.com.

6. Cookies

The website uses only what is strictly necessary to function. The app uses a local session file on your PC to keep you signed in; it is not shared with third parties beyond the entitlement check described above.
